Frozen Yogurt Bark

1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt

1/2 cup strawberries, chopped (or fruit of choice)

1/4 cup pistachios, chopped

Spread yogurt in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Top with fruit. 

Freeze for 1-2 hours, or until firm.

1/2 cup bite-sized carrot pieces

1/4 cup cashews

2 Tbsp coconut shavings or chips
